Wade Wickus, CEO – The Secret Sauce to Supply Chain starts with over 30yrs as an Executive of Supply Chain roles in $60B Companies, $1B Corporate companies, & $600M Family Companies.  He has experience at $10M startups with a tech startup under his experience as well.  You can have confidence that he knows the deep end of the supply chain pool as you grow! 

Katie Hemmerle, Sr. Executive Administrator – has over 40yrs of experience in paralegal litigation.  She brings a sense of organization to the group that helps us achieve “next level” success for our customers.  Many areas of the supply chain evolve with agreements and contracts.  Having Katie on the team gives us that edge for our customers. 

Joe Esci, EVP Project Management – Has the unique ability to analyze data and find nuggets of supply chain savings.  He is a detailed project expert who ensures accountability. He has over 25yrs of Supply Chain Experience from sourcing to warehouse to logistics. He is the “secret sauce” to our team.
