Meet Wade Wickus

Wade's remarkable career began at SYSCO, where he spent a formidable thirty years. The first twenty years were dedicated to the Sysco Distribution Center Level, covering an extensive range of responsibilities, including Sales, Marketing, Sourcing/Procurement, Branding, Warehouse & Delivery Operations, Fulfillment, Building Construction, M&A, and Corporate level Logistics.


His roles in logistics, Warehousing, & Procurement covered parcel, last mile, inbound, pick optimization, category management and demand planning, showcasing his ability to manage teams and optimize complex supply chain processes. The problem was that smaller businesses couldn't access the same resources to manage and improve their systems. The solution seemed simple to Wade.


Create fractional supply chain management services so businesses can gain access to both full-time transformation projects and strategies for near-term savings. Wade's passion for solving this problem lead to the founding of Supply Chain Secret Sauce.   We roll up our sleeves and take action!
